Futures for 21st Century Cities

The Architectural Association

The proposed programme for the event includes a key-note address by Ken Livingstone, an in-depth presentation of the winning scheme by Southwark Land Regeneration for the regeneration of Elephant and Castle with KP Architects, Foster & Partners, HTA Architects and the full masterplanning team.

There will be speakers from Prague, Rome, Vienna, Ljubljana and Lisbon presenting recent regeneration programmes and projects in their cities and discussing urban issues, policies and theories for the 21st century.

The 3rd UDAL Future Cities Think Tank will take place during the conference and there will be an evening reception at the AA.

This is a conference which encourages audience participation and debate Programmes/booking forms to be sent to members in early October.
