version over the Inner Ring Road

be an even better urban design solution)

intervention into the existing

and larger site development

following further public participation (eg. idea
proposed at CCUDS 'Designing the City' workshop to
provide a landscape buffer to the motorways in the
south, with park and ride and motorway-related land
uses between. Increased residential and key
cultural/civic uses to increase activity and
pedestrian movement in the area south of the river)
