New Crossrail reports published

New reports have been added to the Crossrail website. They are the Crossrail Timetable Working Group: final report and Scott Wilson Report: Crossrail operational modelling. The Crossrail Hybrid Bill was introduced to the House of Commons on 22 February 2005, and re-introduced on 18 May 2005 following the General Election. The Bill would give the powers needed for the construction, maintenance and operation of Crossrail, a new east-west railway linking Maidenhead and Heathrow with Shenfield and Abbey Wood through new tunnels under central London.
The Crossrail website gives links to background information on the review team assessing the Crossrail project, as proposed by Cross London Rail Links Ltd, including key documents and frequently asked questions. The Bill and its accompanying Explanatory Notes, along with proposed amendments to the Bill provisions and other information on the bill can be found on the Parliament website.
