A Range of Contracts
The Forestry Commission:- The Royal Forest of Salcey, Canopy Walkway and Jeskyns Community Woodland Project, Thames Gateway
The £700k Salcey Forest Canopy Walkway has recently won the British Construction Industry’s Environmental Award for Pauley Construction (Main Contractor) and Pauley Landscapes were delighted to be involved in the new 146 hectare site, Jeskyns Community Woodland Project.
The brand new Community Woodland is roughly in the center of the Kent part of the Thames Gateway. Pauley Landscapes were involved in the installation of bridges, walkways, natural and recreational artwork interactions and a number of large scale play and public areas. Both schemes have proved a phenomenal success in attraction thousands more visitors to both sites since they opened to the public.
Invest Milton Keynes:- The English Partnership, part of the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) City Model Flythrough Artwork Installation Tour
As part of the delivery team for the Milton Keynes City Model Flythrough Artwork Installation Tour team, Pauley Landscapes were instrumental in getting the tour completed. Having identified the strong artistic and architectural heritage that Milton Keynes has enjoyed as one of the most successful “new towns” in the country, the 3D Artwork Installation Tour became a must have for the town.
Instigated and delivered by English Partnerships, now part of the Homes and Communities Agency, Milton Keynes Partnerships, Red Dot and Virtual Viewing UK Ltd, Pauley Landscapes were delighted to become involved in the computer generation process for the City’s sculptures, insured for millions of pounds.
Savills:- The Theatre District, Milton Keynes 40th Birthday Celebration and Science Garden Installation
Pauley Landscapes were invited to showcase the Milton Keynes 40th Birthday Celebrations with a Science Garden design and installation within the heart of the City Center, The Theatre District. Milton Keynes has strong links with Equinox and a scientific thyme emerged triumphant.
Commissioned by the Theatre District, managed by Savills and owned by Deutsche Bank, the installation includes several pieces of symbolic Artwork.
At the center of these installations is a gnomon that casts a shadow to represent both time and space within the historic and scientific context. The final Garden was completed by a Cube, Triangles, a Spiral, a Henge with a Tree Sculpture and has been a huge success and a proud contribution to the City from the Theatre District management team and owners.
