- West Central Oxford Urban Design Strategy. Roger Evans Associates for Oxford City Council, 1999Oxford City Council commissioned Roger Evans Associates to undertake an appraisal of the west central area of Oxford City centre and create a comprehensive, flexible and achievable urban design framework to guide future development. The urban design study enables the planning policies to be developed in three-dimensional form and in greater detail. Up-to-date data compiled by the study team includes a building by building survey, a 3D computer model and new aerial photography. - Draft Development Framework for Oxford's West End
David Lock Associates who were commissioned by Oxford City Council, Oxfordshire County Council and SEEDA to produce adraft Area Development Framework (ADF) . The proposals cover an area of 175-acres, which stretches from the Said Business School in the North, to the Thames, south of the ice rink. The objective is to bring this under-utilised area of Central Oxford back into active use, and to make it a modern, vibrant and stylish city quarter. Published October 2004
