Millennium Tower and Park, Charlotte Quay: residential/mixed use

A mixed development at Ringsend Road and Charlotte Quay, Dublin 4 on 1.53 acres for Zoe Developments. This waterside site is located at a focal point in the Grand Canal Docks rejuvenation Area, an area now entering a phase of major redevelopment.

This project was selected as one of the Irish entries for the Mies Van der Rohe prize for 1999. The accommodation comprises 242 apartments, 800m2 offices and a cafe/bar. Its amenities include the dockside campshire and jetties, public sculpture and a watergarden. The 16 storey corner block constitutes the first of a new generation of tall landmark buildings to be located in the docklands area and is currently the tallest Residential building in the country.
