The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Streetscape Guide The Council plans to publish a comprehensive Streetscape Guide intended as a reference manual of good practice for all concerned with the design and maintenance of the highway, statutory undertakers and developers. At present the draft document consultation is ongoing. The finished publication will be available after Easter 2004. |
