London - Richmond upon Thames - Public Space Design Guide
The Public Space Design Guide which sets out our principles to preserve and enhance the special character of the streetscene and public spaces in the London borough of Richmond. The guide is an internal document to help officers in their day-to-day roles in streetscape design. It is also intended as a guide for developers, contractors and other external agents working within the borough.
The guide was subject to public consultation during August - October 2005.
