State of the Nation: capacity and skills

The State of the Nation report has been compiled each year since 2000 by a panel of experts drawn from the various fields of expertise across ICE’s membership. This year, instead of providing one report covering all infrastructure issues, ICE is publishing several State of the Nation reports throughout the year, each focused on a specific issue which will affect the delivery of effective infrastructure for the UK.
